Cipriano Fedrizzi is a producer from Trentino specialized in the vinification of the Teroldego Rotaliano grape.
The winery favors quality over quantity in fact limits its production to 3,000 cases a year and uses mainly traditional methods. The wine is fermented using exclusively indigenous yeasts. The terroir is made of pebbly soils. All this allows the creation of a wine of high complexity and excellent acidic balance.
